Our finishing

  • Machined

    Industrial and authentic rendering. Slightly satin surface retaining traces of machining, evidence of manufacturing.

  • Sand blasted

    Matte and uniform surface obtained by microblasting. The light grain on the surface offers a unique touch, without any visible trace of machining.

  • Basic polish

    Brilliant polishing which, while enhancing the piece, retains some traces of machining, evidence of its manufacture.

  • Premium polish

    Our most refined finish. All exterior faces are mirror polished, with no trace of machining. Exceptional shine and shimmer.

  • Medieval

    Aged finish available in two versions:

    • On machined base: Semi-gloss finish with visible machining marks
    • On Premium Polished Base: Shiny finish with no trace of machining, enhanced by an aged patina

Numéro 7 with 1.5 gap

Augustín is without a doubt the most talented artist and craftsman you can find in Europe today. Número 7 is exactly what I had been waiting for, and the Gap 1.5 is my top favorite. Very few razors in the world can compete with it. I recommend it to more experienced users who aren’t afraid of a bit of blade feel — and in return, they’ll discover just how close a shave can be.

Amazing razor

Atelier Durdan is the best razor manufacturer in the business. The No 7 is one of the best razors in the industry. The design is highly efficient while remaining extremely comfortable. The safety bar version does not clog due to the superior design. I received it in machined which is still a very high quality finish in my opinion. I recommend this to all razor fans.
