Refund policy
8.1 Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order and request a full refund as long as the order has not yet gone into production. Once the order is in production, cancellation is no longer possible.
8.2 Return of stock items
For items in stock (not personalized), the customer has the right to return them within 15 days of receipt of the order for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be remarketed as new, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
8.3 Personalized items
Customizable items, due to their specific nature, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed and confirmed by the Customer. We invite our customers to check their choice carefully before finalizing their order for personalized items.
8.4 Refund procedure
In the event of a return accepted by Atelier Durdan, the refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned products and validation that they are in a condition fit for resale.
