Data collected and purposes

We collect the data necessary for: processing orders and deliveries (legal basis: performance of the contract); responding to your enquiries; sending our newsletter, with your consent, via our provider Klaviyo; and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. Invoicing data is retained for 10 years; all other data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by the workshop and its processors: Shopify (store and payments), Klaviyo (email marketing), and our carriers (Colissimo, UPS). As some providers may be located outside the European Union, such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

The site uses functional and analytics cookies, which can be managed through the dedicated banner.
