Terms of sale

1. Preamble
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the boutique Atelier Durdan, hereinafter "We", and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site [https://atelierdurdan.com], hereinafter "the Customer".

2. Purpose
The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between Atelier Durdan and the Customer, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site. We take the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products in order to provide the Customer with the best possible information. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

4. Ordering
The Customer may place an order on the site. The ordering process comprises several stages: product selection, personalization if applicable, verification of order details and total price, and entry of delivery and payment details.

5. Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros and are valid as displayed at the time of the order, regardless of the place of delivery. Prices are displayed excluding taxes (HT), VAT may be added at the time of payment for countries in the EU zone. It is important to note that these prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or other import fees that may be required by the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5.1 Price transparency
Atelier Durdan undertakes to guarantee price transparency to all its customers. The prices displayed on our site are final, but for customers outside the EU, additional costs related to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are not included in the final price paid when ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the relevant authorities in his or her country for any such charges.

5.2 Price changes
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. However, orders already placed will not be affected by such changes.

6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. The customer may pay by credit card or by any other means offered on the site. Secure online payment by credit card is carried out by our payment service provider. The information transmitted is encrypted in accordance with the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network.

7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. The risks will be borne by the Customer from the date on which the ordered products leave our premises. In the event of delay, the Customer may cancel the order under the conditions defined by law.

8. Returns and refunds
8.1 Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order and request a full refund as long as the order has not yet gone into production. Once the order is in production, cancellation is no longer possible.

8.2 Returning stock items
For items in stock (not personalized), the Customer has a right of return of 15 days from receipt of the order to return them for reimbursement. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be remarketed as new, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

8.3 Personalized items
Customizable items, due to their specific nature, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed and confirmed by the Customer. We invite our customers to check their choice carefully before finalizing their order for personalized items.

8.4 Refund procedure
In the event of a return accepted by Atelier Durdan, the refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the order, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned products and validation that they are in a condition fit for resale.

9. Guarantees and liability
Atelier Durdan undertakes to refund or exchange defective products or products that do not correspond to the customer's order. The request must be made within 30 days of delivery. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted.

10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the country in which Atelier Durdan registered office is located. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the courts of Atelier Durdan's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
