Are the handles interchangeable?

Although all our handles are interchangeable, those associated with a specific model have been designed to offer perfect style and ergonomics. Each handle is threaded according to the most widespread ISO M5 standard on the market.

What are the manufacturing times?

If a product is not in stock, the manufacturing time will depend on the number of pending orders.

In general our manufacturing times are 3 to 6 weeks.

Why does the amount change at the checkout?

For greater transparency, we display all our prices excluding tax (HT) on our website. At checkout:

  • VAT for your delivery country is automatically calculated and added to the total amount
  • For mainland France, VAT is 20%
  • For other EU countries, the VAT rate applied will be the one in force in your country of delivery.
  • For customers outside the EU, no VAT will be applied upon purchase.

Once your order is finalized it will be shipped to you as soon as possible via UPS or Colissimo for Europe:

  • France: €6, within 2-4 days.
  • EU zone: €15, delivery between 2-8 days.
  • Near EU Zone: €17, delivery between 2-8 days (Switzerland, United Kingdom)
  • International: €45, delivery between 7-15 days (United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR of China, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States)
  • Rest of the World: €50, delivery between 7-20 days.

What about import taxes?

As a company based in France, our European customers are not affected by additional fees. However, for our international customers:

  • Taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country
  • These fees vary depending on local regulations and the value of your order.
  • The exact amount will be calculated by your country's customs services.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Is it possible to return the products?

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. That's why we accept returns on all of our stainless steel razors. Here's what you need to know:

  • You have a comfortable period of 30 days after shipment to return your product to us.
  • For technical reasons, our razors made of other materials cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we promise to process your refund promptly upon receipt.
