Le Maurice – Prototype Set from the First Production Trial (Collector’s Piece)

This box comes from the very first production trial of our Le Maurice model — the very first safety razor we ever made.
It is a rare and historic piece, marking the early stages of our work in precision razor design and craftsmanship.

The set includes:

• One sandblasted titanium handle, with a matching sandblasted stainless steel stand;

• Three interchangeable heads:

  • 1 head in basic polished titanium, 0.8 mm gap;

  • 1 head in sandblasted stainless steel, 1.0 mm gap;

  • 1 head in machined brass, 1.2 mm gap.

Important note:
The finishes are original to that period. The razor has been cleaned, but it shows visible signs of wear, consistent with its use during the first design validation tests.

The set is presented in a machined chestnut wood box, made specifically for this first series.
This model is no longer in production, making it a true collector’s item for enthusiasts of mechanical razors and those who appreciate the origins of our craft.
