Excellent razor. Excellent quality, excellent balance, easy to adjust aggressiveness. Since I shave mostly with SE razors, I always wanted to have an adjustable SE razor. I use it once a week. My daily razor still remains La Faulx, which I personally consider the best SE razor ever, it suits my needs perfectly. I have other razors but I only use La Faulx and Horizon regularly. Congratulations to the Atelier Durdan team - Augustin and Chloé on another masterpiece.

I received the Le Maurice 1.20 with the La Faulx handle in titanium, and I’m absolutely blown away. The craftsmanship is flawless, it’s a true work of art. The razor is incredibly smooth and extremely efficient, and the balance and weight of the La Faulx handle feel perfect in hand. This razor has become a standout in my collection.

Nice smooth shave with every use. I especially enjoyed the ability to get a close shave with the sliding adjusting button near the handle. I prefer the Feather Artist Professional Blades with every use.

Excellent innovative design! Super smooth on all levels and the finish is stunning!! Next version needs to be a bit smaller if that is possible.

This is absolutely the best AC razor I have used bar none. The +++ plate is fantastic with Schick P30 blades and the + with Feather Pro. Absolutely worthwhile getting with every plate. It gives a smooth effeicient shave once you match plates to the appropriate blade.

Augustín is without a doubt the most talented artist and craftsman you can find in Europe today. Número 7 is exactly what I had been waiting for, and the Gap 1.5 is my top favorite. Very few razors in the world can compete with it. I recommend it to more experienced users who aren’t afraid of a bit of blade feel — and in return, they’ll discover just how close a shave can be.

The La Faulx is a great and smooth razor. I am glade that I order the +++ plate. I would recommend this razor to anyone. It is the best razor that I have. Since I have been using this razor, I have order the Vestige razor. I like the GEM razor blade and look forward to using this razor too.

I have a lot of luxury DE razors and the La Faulx is hands down the best safety razor I own. If I pair it with a Feather Pro Super or Captain Titan Mild ‘Pink’, I get a much better and consistent BBS. Honestly, after trying the La Faulx and the AC format, I won’t need my DE razors anymore.

I bought one with the ++-plate. Probably the +-plate would have done as well. The blade is kept in place very well and mows down the stubble. The start is to keep the razor flat to the face slightly lift it until it cuts. That was it works most smoothly.

Ladies and gentlemen, in my humble opinion this razor is the best razor ever! I have many high end razors and while they all are wonderful on their own, this razor is simply stands out form all of them. And not only this razor, but also Numero 7 razor that I also bought.

It is truly high end, whether how it feels on the skin, or how it shaves (so smooth but efficient at the same time), or the finishing itself.

The best European razor

It’s the best razor I ever had in my face - and there are a lot. Perfect manufactured and you get a mild and long lasting shave. This is my „Exit“ razor !!
Expensive ? Yes, but you get what you pay for.

I have the Number 7, Le Maurice and the Vestige and the Number 7 is my favorite of them all.
The design & geometry is unique and provides an incredibly smooth and efficient shave plus the head is very nimble. The razor is also very balanced and the handle perfectly matches this razor. Note: Mine is stainless steel in the machined finish and the Gap is 0.9.
It's perfect for daily use!
As with everything made by Atelier Durdan, it's an absolutely beautiful razor!!

La Faulx Ti + is one of the best SE razors I have used, it’s simply phenomenal shaves smooth and forgiving.

I would highly suggest for anyone who is looking for that high end Se razor with attention to detail atelier Durdan is you best choice!!
